Ingredients for Khasta Kachori Recipe

  • 0.17 cup Measuringof Moong Daal.
  • 0.33 nos Tea Spoons Ghee.
  • 0.33 nos Tea Spoons Fennel Crushed
  • 0.33 nos Tea Spoons Cumin Seeds
  • 0.33 nos Pinch Ashotefedia
  • 0.08 nos Tea Spoons Turmeric Powder
  • 0.33 nos Tea Spoons Chilli Powder
  • 0.33 nos Tea Spoons Coriander Powder
  • 0.33 spoon teagaram masala
  • 0.33 nos Tea Spoons Aamchur Powder
  • 0.08 spoon teaginger powder
  • 0.17 spoon TeaSalt.
  • 0.08 cup MeasuringBesan
  • 0.13 cups MeasuringMaida
  • 0.17 spoon TeaSalt.
  • 1 nos Table Spoons Hot Ghee.
  • 0.92 cups MeasuringWater

Directions: Khasta Kachori Recipe

  • STEP 1.First in a Bowl take 1 Measuring Cup of Moong Daal. Wash it nicely with Fresh Waters for 2-3 times. Then add Fresh Water in it. And soak it with 2-3 hours.
  • STEP 2.After 2-3 hours drain off the water from Moong Daal. And add the Moong Daal in a Mixcer Grinder, and make Coarse Paste.
  • STEP 3.Now in a Pan add 2 Tea Spoons of Ghee 2 Tea Spoons of Crushed Fennel 2 Tea Spoons of Cumin Seeds Pinch of Ashotefedia Saute well all the ingredients till it turns aeromatic.
  • STEP 4.Then add 1 Tea Spoons of Turmeric Powder 2 Tea Spoons of Red Chilli Powder 2 Tea Spoons of Coriander Powder 2 Tea Spoons of Garam Masala 2 Tea Spoons of Aamchur Powder 1/2 Tea Spoon of Ginger Powder. 1. Tea Spoon of Salts. Now saute all the ingredients in low Flame. Till it turns Aeromatic.
  • STEP 5.Then add 1/2 Measuring Cups of Besan. And roast in low flame. It turns Aeromatic within 5 Minutes. Now add Moong Dal Paste and Mix Well and saute for 5 Minutes. Well combined. Now Moong Dal Stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 6.Now add 2/5 Measuring Cups of Maida. Then add 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt. And Mix it well. Then add Hot Ghee 3 Table Spoons. Mix well. Crumble and Mix, hold shapes, Moist Flour. Then add Water and knead the dough and add water as required and knead the dough for 5 Minutes. Soft Dough is ready for Grease Oil. Rest for 30 Minutes.
  • STEP 7.After 30 Minutes. Knead the dough size.. Tuck Dough and make the ball the size of the dough. Tuck Dough. Ball sized. Flatten Slightly.Add Moong Dal Stuffing. Create plates.Pinch of excess.Roll uniformly. Flatten Slightly. Roll gently. Slightly thick. And Deep Fry in low flame. Turns after 3 Minutes.Flip over. Fry in low Flame. After 20 Minutes it becomes Golden Brown Colours.
  • STEP 8.Now our Crispy Golden Brown Colours Khasta Kachori is ready to Serve with Tamarind Jaggery Chutney. With your Family and Friends. And enjoy the Yummy Crispy Khasta kachori.
