STEP 1.Strain the besan, put some curd in it. Add some salt, turmeric powder and mix well
STEP 1.Add 2 green chilies and some water
STEP 1.Do not pour all the water at a time but add in small quantities
STEP 1.Whisk all the materials well, the mixture should be thin
STEP 1.Strain this mixture .
STEP 1.At low flame, put the mixture in a non stick pan.
STEP 1.To avoid lumps, keep stirring for good mixture.
STEP 1.Keep stirring and cooking on low flame.
STEP 1.Take off the flame and put the hot mixture on a plate ,spread the mixture on the plate in a thin layer.
STEP 1.Leave it for 15 minutes to settle
STEP 1.Roll off the khandvi from the plate after 15 minutes
STEP 1.Make rolls as per your need.
STEP 1.Garnish with thadka.
