  • 3 nos Homemade Whole Wheat masala Khakhras
  • 1/4 cup Green chutney
  • 1/4 cup sweet chutney
  • 1/4 cup Sev
  • 1 cup mur mure
  • 1 nos boiled potatoes
  • As required For Topping
  • 1/4 cup green moong sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • As required finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tomato
  • As required finely chopped
  • 1 cup boiled and mashed potato for mousse.
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber
  • As required finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • As required coriander leaves
  • As required finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds.
  • As required Potato mixture.
  • As required Take a half mashed potato
  • As required and add chaat masala
  • As required green chutney.

  • STEP 1.Bhel mixture pour one big bowl.
  • STEP 2.How to make Khakhra Chaat Recipe
  • STEP 3.To begin making Khakhra Chaat Recipe, in a large bowl combine all the ingredients for the red chutney and keep aside.
  • STEP 4.Potato mousse.
  • STEP 5.Take a mashed potatoes and butter mix it well..
  • STEP 6.Place the khakhra pieces on a serving plate.
  • STEP 7.First u take first Khakha and put in plate. Then add potato mixture.. and take 2 Khakhra put on bhel mixture. And again take 3 Khakhra and take piping bag and pour potato mousse .. and this mixture piped this this third Khakhra and garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds. And chaat masala.
