Ingredients for Khadui Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cups Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Nuts
  • 0.17 cup Sugar

Directions: Khadui Recipe

  • STEP 1.1- On the other side take a plate and prepare small balls by sprinkling some water on it like you prepare for making Besan ka Miza.
  • STEP 2.2- On the other hand, put a spoonful of pure ghee in the gas and fry the cardamom seeds and the prepared tablets on low flame till they become golden brown.
  • STEP 3.3- Keep stirring the milk slowly in between and when the balls at the bottom of the dough turn golden brown, add them to the milk and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes more.
  • STEP 4.4- In those five to 10 minutes, add drive foods sugar to it, you can take sugar according to your taste.
  • STEP 5.5- After 10 minutes your Baghelkhandi Traditional Recipe Khadui is ready.
