Ingredients for Khadim paak Recipe

  • 100 grams Grated fresh coconut
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 50 grams Of sugar
  • 10 grams of dry fruits
  • 1/10 tsp Ghee

Directions: Khadim Paak Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. First of all add grated coconut and milk into a non stick pan, for about 10-12 minutes while stirring continuously, on medium heat.
  • STEP 2.2. Then add sugar while stirring continuously until the coconut becomes transparent and the water in sugar no longer exists.
  • STEP 3.3. Add half (25 grams) of dryfruits at this point.
  • STEP 4.4. Stir the mixture until it's thick enough and it's not sticking to pan.
  • STEP 5.5. Apply ghee to the serving plate and pour the mixture on it and add the remaining dryfruits. Allow it to cool down.
  • STEP 6.6. Then you can cut the mixture into squares and serve.
