Khadim paak is famous in gujarat and it's made out of fresh coconut. This dish was originally made in mangrod, Gujarat. Mangrod is still famous for this delicious recipe.

STEP 1.1. First of all add grated coconut and milk into a non stick pan, for about 10-12 minutes while stirring continuously, on medium heat.
STEP 2.2. Then add sugar while stirring continuously until the coconut becomes transparent and the water in sugar no longer exists.
STEP 3.3. Add half (25 grams) of dryfruits at this point.
STEP 4.4. Stir the mixture until it's thick enough and it's not sticking to pan.
STEP 5.5. Apply ghee to the serving plate and pour the mixture on it and add the remaining dryfruits. Allow it to cool down.
STEP 6.6. Then you can cut the mixture into squares and serve.
