Ingredients for Khada Prasad Recipe

  • 0.63 cup Ghee
  • 0.13 cup Wheat Flour
  • 0.13 cup Sugar
  • 0.13 cup Jaggery
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • As required Black Raisins A few

Directions: Khada Prasad Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pot add 2 cups of ghee, 1 cup of wheat flour and let the wheat to fry until it is brown in appearance.
  • STEP 2.Add ½ a cup of sugar, ½ cup of jaggery in the pot and let cook for 3-4 minutes, keep stirring so that it does not stick to the pot.
  • STEP 3.Add cardamom powder and 2 cups of hot water, let it cook until it is of thick consistency.
  • STEP 4.Add black raisins and 2tbsp of ghee before turning off the flame.
  • STEP 5.Mix everything and serve in a bowl.
