STEP 1.For make mousse - 1- in a large bowl rake chilled whipping cream and powdered sugar . Beat cream and sugar into stiff peaks. whipped cream is ready .
STEP 2.2- Now in a medium bowl , combine condensed milk , keylime juice , vanilla extract amd small drop of food coloring. mix all ingredients well .
STEP 3.Now add this mix to prepared whipped cream . gentaly fold until just combined. Key lime mousse is ready .
STEP 4.Now for presentation- Take individual glasss and pour key lime mousse into these glasses . Take one graham cracker, crush it and sprinkle it on top of the mousse . Then put one graham cracker into each glass and key lime wedges too .
Key lime pie mousse is ready . Keep into refrigerator for about 2-3 hours . Serve chilled .
