  • 1/4 Pieces Ripe banana
  • 0.06 Cups Roasted Sesame seeds paste( tahini)
  • 0.06 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Tbsp Flaxseed meal
  • 3/4 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Almond butter
  • 0.06 Cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.19 Cup Roasted Quinoa flour
  • 0.13 Tsp Baking powder
  • A Pinch Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dark chocolate chips
  • 0.06 Cup Chopped roasted almonds

Directions: Keto Gluten Free Brownie #bsk #slurrpb7k1 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grease a 6 inch square shape cake tin with little oil & place a butter paper.
  • STEP 2.Pre-heat oven at 180°c for 5 min.
  • STEP 3.Mix flaxseed meal with water & keep aside.
  • STEP 4.In a mixing bowl mash ripe banana with a fork until smooth, then add peanut butter, Almond butter, honey, tahini, flax seed mixture. Mix & beat well,cthenbadd roasted Quinoa flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, pinch of salt & 1 tbsp of dark chocolate chips, mix with a Spatula in cut & fold method.
  • STEP 5.Pour the mixture into the greased cake tin, sprinkle 1 tbsp of Dark chocolate chips & roasted chopped Almonds on top & place into the pre-heated Oven. Bake at 180°c for 20-25 min.
  • STEP 6.For done ness of the Brownie insert a toothpick if come out clean then its done.
  • STEP 7.Cool completely before demould. Cut into pieces & enjoy with Tea or Coffee.
