Phirni is Classic Indian dessert that made in North Indian in any Festival Or Occasion Made with milk and Rice then added nuts and serve chill but i have given a twist serving with tart.
STEP 1.In a grinder jar add soaked basmati Rice and little water and grind it into a coarse paste. Keep aside.
STEP 2.Now in a large kadai boil milk. Stir occasionally and simmer for 10 min.
STEP 3.Now add in prepared coarse rice paste. Stir continuously for 5 minutes.
STEP 4.Peel the Mango cut into slices transfer it into a grinder jar and grind it into a paste.
STEP 5.Boil the milk tilll the rice gets cooked completely and cool till only slightly warm.
STEP 6.Further add Mango puree and stir occasionally.
STEP 7.Add cardamom powder and mix it well.

STEP 9.Add cashew paste and soaked saffron milk and mix all together.
STEP 10.Pour in a bowl and, Refrigerate till it sets cool.
STEP 11.For tarts
STEP 12.Mix all the ingredients in bowl and little by little milk to make a firm dough.
STEP 13.Now take a small peda from dough roll it cover the tart mould and make a shape.
STEP 14.Bake these tarts for 20 minutes in 160°C.
STEP 15.Arranging the tarts
STEP 16.Take tart shell fill with cooled kesariya Mango Phirni garnish with pistachios flakes and Mango piece and mint leaves
STEP 17.Njoy cool tarts.
