  • 1/4 litre Full fat milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1.50 cup water
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • As Required Pistachio
  • As Required Almonds
  • As Required Cashews

Directions: Kesar Rajbhog Recipe

  • STEP 1.Prepare Chenna from the Milk and lemon juice .. Keep the Chenna tied in Cloth for around 15-20mins Now grease the Chenna smooth by adding corn flour Now take a flat portion of Chenna and fill in them few Dry fruits and cover their end and prepare the Smooth balls . Now take a pan add sugar and water and boil them for around 2-3 minutes now take all the Chenna balls and cook or steam around 20-25minutes .. Turn them in between .
  • STEP 2.Switch off the flame and let them cool down completely in the Sugar syrup itself Keep them in fridge before serving them . Do enjoy your yummy delicious dessert in your Festival or occasions .
