Kesar Mango Pistachio ice cream Recipe

I love this recipe as the ice cream is very creamy and does not have crystals in it.Mango is one of my favorite tropical fruit flavor. This ice cream tastes like a real fresh mango. The texture is creamy, smooth and delicious.

Ingredients for Kesar Mango Pistachio ice cream Recipe

  • 1/5 Cups Full fat milk
  • 1 tbsp Suger
  • 0.30 tbsp Milk powder
  • 1/5 tbsp Cornflour
  • 0.15 gms Gms powder
  • 1/100 tsp Cmc powder
  • 1/20 cup non dairy whipping cream
  • 1/20 cup finely chopped ripe mango
  • 1/20 tsp mango emulsion
  • 0.40 tbsp Pista Flakes
  • 1/10 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/5 tsp Saffron
  • 1/20 cup Mango plup

Directions: Kesar Mango Pistachio Ice Cream Recipe

  • STEP 1.In bowl mix, some milk, milk powder, cornflour, GMS powder & CMC powder. There should be no lumps.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat remaining milk.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar & allow it to dissolve completely.
  • STEP 4.Add the prepared mixture from above & cook only for 2 boils. Switch off the flame.
  • STEP 5.Allow the base ice cream mixture to cool completely.
  • STEP 6.Now take it out ice cream base and use a electric beater.Add in cream and blend this for 20 mins till the mix gets light and frothy.blend the mixture to dissolve any lumps.
  • STEP 7.Transfer this mixture to an air tight plastic container & secure the lid.
  • STEP 8.Freeze the base ice cream for atleast 8 hours.
  • STEP 9.After 8 hours, transfer the set mixture to a big bowl.
  • STEP 10.Add mango pulp,choppedmango, mango emulsion ,amul fresh cream, cardamom powder, pistachios and Saffron .Whip this mixture ,beat it nicely ,till fluffy.
  • STEP 11.Transfer the prepared mixture to an air tight container & secure the lid.
  • STEP 12.Freeze mango ice cream for 8-10 hours.
  • STEP 13. Scoop mango ice cream into a bowl &  toppings for pista, saffron. it is ready to serve.decorate with mango pieces. . Kesar Mango Pistachio ice cream is ready to be served.
