  • 25 g Chenna (home made)
  • 10 g Fresh cream
  • 1/10 tsp Cardamom powder
  • As Required strands Saffron (Soaked in
  • 1/10 cup Suger
  • As Required For Ganishing Almond and pistachio for garnishing

Directions: Kesar Malai Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add chenna and fresh cream in a non stick pan and cook on medium heat till it starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 2.Keep stirring continuously.
  • STEP 3.Add cardamom powder, saffron soaked in milk and sugar nd cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Remove the pan from heat.
  • STEP 5.Let the mixture cool.
  • STEP 6.Mash the mixture nicely with the heels of your hand until it is smooth.
  • STEP 7.Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into ladoos.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with almond and pistachio.
