  • As required Ghee a little to roast the coconut
  • As required Salt
  • As required coconut oil
  • 1/2 piece coconut cut into small tbsp

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Corriander powder and 1/2
  • 1/2 tablespoon chilly powder and 1/2
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed fennel seeds
  • As required ginger and garlic crushed itb sp
  • 1.25 Green chilly crushed
  • 1/2 tomato chopped
  • 2.50 shallots crushed
  • 1 Big sized onion chopped
  • As required Handful of coriander leaves and curry leaves
