Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and sliced onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and saute until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Add coconut slices, black pepper powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cook for a few more minutes until the chicken is coated with the spices and the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
