  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add lemon juice and yogurt to the spice mixture and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Marinate the chicken pieces in the spice mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • STEP 5.Place the marinated chicken pieces on a baking tray and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
