  • 1 Medium Potatoes, Boiled And Mashed
  • 1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, Chopped
  • 1 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.Boil the minced beef with salt and turmeric powder until cooked.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the cooked minced beef, mashed potatoes, green chilies, garam masala, and coriander leaves to the pan. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Shape the mixture into small cutlets and dip each cutlet in beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown and crispy.
