STEP 1.Wash the ker sangri and kumti alot of times to wash the ingredients.
STEP 2.Take a cooker with 2 cups of water and add the ker sangri, kumti and gunda in it. Wait for 2 whistles and boil properly.
STEP 3.Once boiled transfer it in a strainer.
STEP 4.Take a pan and add 100 ml of oil, 1 tablespoon fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 table spoon cumin seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder , turmeric powder, mango powder and chillies. cook for a few minutes and add ginger garlic paste .
STEP 5.Now add the ker, sangri and gunda in it. Add some water to cook properly.
STEP 6.Now add some salt to taste, garam masala and mix nicely. Now cover it with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. And the sabzi is now ready.
