Tried it for the first time and i must confess that it turned out very delicious. It is a very easy recipe and can be served with any kind of rice preparation or indian bread.

  • 1/2-3/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4-1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tomato, pureed
  • 1/4 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon red chili powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander leaves to garnish
