1/2 Cup Rice
1/2 Cup yellow moongdal
4 Pieces Green chillies
1/2 Tbsp Black pepper
1/2 Tbsp Cumin seeds
4 Pieces Cashews
1 Tbsp Ghee
A Pinch Coriander leaves
A Bunch Curry leaves
1 Cups Water
To Taste Salt
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
Directions: Katte Pongal Or Khara Pongal 😋😋😋 Recipe
STEP 1.First take d pan, heat it in medium flame, dry roast rice & yellow moongdal, boil it with sufficient water in pressure cooker in 4 whistles.
STEP 2.Then, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add ghee, cashew nuts pieces, fry it & saute it well. It becomes golden brown color, then switch off the flame. Keep aside.
STEP 3.Then, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add ghee, green chillies, fry it & saute it well. Then, switch off the flame. Keep aside.
STEP 5.Then, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add ghee, bruised black pepper & cumin, fry it & saute it well. Keep aside.
STEP 6.Then take d boiled rice & moongdal, salt, fried cashew pieces, fried green chillies, fried black pepper & cumin, mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves, curry leaves. Serve it. So tasty 😍😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️.
