STEP 1.First of all, take rotla powder in 1 bowl and add curd to it and soak it.
STEP 2.Then take oil in a pan, add asafoetida and ginger garlic paste to it, then add onion and 1 teaspoon green garlic and add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander powder to it, add 2 teaspoons of water and cook everything well, then in it Add the sawdust of Bajri Rotla soaked in curd and mix it all well and then turn off the gas and then add some butter cheese and grated paneer and mix it all, then our rotla stuffing is ready.
STEP 3.Then mix gram flour in curd. Then take oil in a pan, add asofoetida, green chilies and stir for 2 minutes, then add besan curd batter and cook it all for 5 minutes, and at last add salt and cheese to make this Kathiyadi Kadhi.
STEP 4.To make kathiyawadi lava blast:
STEP 5.First of all, take small portion of total mixture we made and make a small ball from it, then put 1 spoon of cheese kadhi in it, pack the ball, coat it in vermicelli and deep fry it in oil, and in the same way we’ll make all our Kathiawadi Lava Blast.
STEP 6.Serve this with spinach ring and healthy salad.
STEP 7.To make healthy salad:

STEP 10.1 tablespoon chickpeas
STEP 11.2 tbsp green red yellow capsicum 1 spoon cucumber
STEP 12.Salt
STEP 13.Chaat masala
STEP 14.Olive oil
STEP 15.Kiwi crush
STEP 16.Paneer pieces
STEP 17.By mixing all this, we’ll prepare a salad and Garnish with mustard sauce and serve it.
