Ingredients for Kathi kebab Recipe

  • 100 g Skinless boneless chicken
  • 1.50 Tbsp Chile Ginger garlic pest
  • 1/2 Tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1.50 Tbsp curds
  • 1/2 Pieces juice of lemon
  • 2 Tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 1 Pieces eggs

Directions: Kathi Kebab Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate chicken in above masala for atleast 30 min.
  • STEP 2.Heat nin stick pan,add marinated chicken,cook on full flame till almost done and water has dried.
  • STEP 3.Take wooden skewers,soak them in water for some time.
  • STEP 4.Put chicken peices on woodek skewers,4 to 5 peices in each skewer.
  • STEP 5.Roll skewers on bread crumbs,press crumbs on the peices.
  • STEP 6.Beat egg,roll each skewer with egg and deep fry till golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Serve with mint chutney.
