Ingredients for Kashmiri Style Gushtaba Recipe

  • 1 kilogram Boneless Chicken
  • 1 kilogram Curd
  • 3 tablespoon Mustard Oil
  • 20 can Margarine Or Use use animal fat = % of the total weight of the chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Fennel seed powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic Paste
  • As required Salt = according to the taste
  • 10 Green Cardamom
  • 4 Black Cardamom
  • 2 stick Cinnamon
  • 3 Cloves
  • 4 Seeds of black Cardamom and Green Cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • As required Dried Mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee = table
  • 1/2 teaspoon Meat Masala
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Egg

Directions: Kashmiri Style Gushtaba Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, take a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add mutton mince, salt, ginger paste, black pepper powder, garlic powder and blend these all
  • STEP 3.Now create spherical koftas from this mixture
  • STEP 4.After this, add four cup water in a very pan.
  • STEP 5.Let it heat, then add kofta during this water and boil them for half-hour
  • STEP 6.Add yoghurt in a very bowl, conjointly add salt, ground red chili, ginger powder, cardamom powder, flavoured powder, coriander powder & combine these all ingredients.
  • STEP 7.Then add this mixed yoghourt in a very pan & cook it at the low flame for five minutes
  • STEP 8.Now add garam masala, cooked kofta and cook them for five minutes
  • STEP 9.In the last, add mint as a garnishing
