STEP 1.Soak dry fruits and dates separately for 30 mins
STEP 2.Now, in a pan, add ghee and fry paneer and dry coconut flakes. Then remove the dry fruits and dates, slice the dates and add everything in the pan. Add sugar and mix everything together. Add saffron, rose water , dry rose petals, cinnamon powder, elaichi powder and dry ginger powder. Mix everything till sugar melts and all dry fruits are equally coated with chasni.
