A simple rajma gravy from the land of paradise. Onion and garlic are not used but tastes absolutely delicious. There is something very special about the combination of spices and ingredients used. A great side dish to have with plain rice or roti.
1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder and Turmeric powder 1/4
1 teaspoon Ginger paste
1 teaspoon Dry ginger powder and Black pepper powder 1/4
1/2 teaspoon Cloves and Cinnamon sticks coarsely powdered
2 Black Cardamom powder from cardamoms
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
250 milliliter Fresh thick curd
As required Salt
2 tablespoon Oil and ghee 1 table spoon
As required Butter and coriander leaves for garnishing
