This is v.yummy and tasty full of nuts and fruits.
My family love to n'Joy this pulav in restaurant and I tried at home .And family loved v.much.
Taste is different then other pulav. Mild Sweet tangy .
STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan add cinemon cardamom bay leaf star and cloves. Crackle cumin seeds and add chopped apple dice and chopped pineapple.Add kissmiss dry cranberry cashewnuts nLotus seeds (makhana) Almond saute for a min. and add rice without water. Saute rice coat with ghee and shine add salt coarsly grinded fennel seeds and dry ginger powder mix well. Add fresh pineapple juice. And 1cup water. Stir lightly cover and cook on slow flame. 5-7min.
STEP 3.Now open the lid add saffron water and sugar (obt).And cook for 2-3min. Turn off flame and serve. Delicious healthy Fruits and Nuts Pulav is ready to Serve. Garnish with apple slices and cherry.
