  • 3 Laung
  • 2 javitri
  • 1/4 Jaifal
  • 2 Tej patta
  • 2 glass Water
  • 2 tablespoon ghee + 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 potatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • pinch Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon coriander chopped
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 8-9 Ingredients to crush in the mixture: garlic
  • 4-5 green chilli
  • 1/2 piece cm ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 Star anise
  • 10 Black pepper
  • As required haldi as per you taste
  • As required mirchi as per you taste
  • As required Salt
  • As required Garam masala as per you taste
  • As required Kashmiri masala as per you taste
