STEP 2.Put the rice in a mixer and grind it coarsely.
STEP 3.Put the coarsely ground rice in the milk. Boil on low flame till the rice becomes perfect, boil the phirni on low flame till the milk becomes thick .
STEP 4.Add cardamom powder, sugar to the milk and boil the phirni. Dissolve saffron in hot milk.
STEP 5.Pour the saffron mixture into the phirni.
STEP 6.Garnish the phirni by adding dry fruits, saffron and serve. Kashmiri Phirni is ready.
