Ingredients for Kashi Halva from Mangalore Recipe

  • 62.50 gms of ash gourd
  • 25 gms of organic jaggery
  • As required dry fruits like cashew nuts
  • As required pista badam.cardamom pod powder

Directions: Kashi Halva From Mangalore Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash clean the vegetable.
  • STEP 2.Cut it and remove the seeds.
  • STEP 3.Remove the skin and cube it.
  • STEP 4.Grate it.
  • STEP 5.In a kadhai put the grated pieces and mix
  • STEP 6.After some time it will wilt that is loose water
  • STEP 7.Add dry fruits & cardamom powder
  • STEP 8.Shred the jaggery and add it
  • STEP 9.Keep on stirring till all water is gone and its a nice mass.
