8-10 Green chillies
1 Karonde/bengal currant bowl
1/4 tablespoon Mustard seeds
1/4 tablespoon Fennel seeds
1/4 tablespoon Cumin seeds
pinch Asafoetida
1 tablespoon Oil
As required Salt
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Coriander powder
1/4 tablespoon Turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon Red chilli powder

STEP 1.Wash karonde/bengal currant

STEP 2.Cut karonde into two pieces and remove the seeds.

STEP 3.Cut green chillies into larger pieces.

STEP 4.1.heat oil in a pan.

STEP 5.2.add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,fennel seeds and wait until they crackle.

STEP 6.3.then add asafoetida powder.

STEP 7.4.add karone and green chillies.

STEP 8.5.add salt as per taste and mix well.

STEP 9.6.now cover it and cook it on low flame for 2-3 mins.

STEP 10.7.add sugar and coriander powder.

STEP 11.8.add turmeric powder
step 14
STEP 12.9.add red chilli powder and mix well.

STEP 13.10.cook it for 1 min on medium flame.
