  • 1/4 cup Lentils
  • 62.50 gram Minced Meat
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the lentils in water for a few hours, then drain and grind them into a coarse paste.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the lentil paste, minced meat, finely chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Mix well to form a thick mixture. Shape small portions of the mixture into flat patties.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the vadai until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
