Ingredients for Karari Roti Recipe

  • 50 gms All purpose flour
  • 50 gms Whole wheat flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

Directions: Karari Roti Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take both flour in a paraat. Add salt and ghee mix properly this step is v. Important to mix all ing. Very Well. Now add slowly slowly milk and mix and knead a soft dough. with milk. Take oil in a palm and knead again. Keep a side for 30min.
  • STEP 2.After 30min. Again knead one time. And take one portion and make a mid. ball dust whole wheat flour and roll thin roti like rumali roti. Arrange brick pieces on 3sides and put pan on reverse side.
  • STEP 3.Now melt butter in micro. Add chaat masala red chilli powder cumin coriander powder mix well. And Applyon a roti sprinkle coriander. Tasty crispy karari roti is ready to serve.
