STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients sequentially and add water in small quantities to prepare a soft dough.
STEP 2.Once the dough is prepared with a small quantity of dough prepare a shell shape with the help of a mould.
STEP 3.In a pot, heat oil for frying and add these shell shaped dough on to the pot, mix well while frying and once fried, remove excess oil from the shells.
STEP 4.Serve with fried curry leaves in a bowl.
