STEP 1.1- boil the suger in 3 cup of water in a pan. Boil for 5 minutes. In an another bowl mix corn flour in 2 cup water. Make a thin paste.
STEP 2.2- add corn flour paste in suger syrup. Cook and stir continuously. Stir until the mixture turns into lum - less lump.
STEP 3.3- add lime juice . When the mixture sticks to the base of the pan add ghee and stir continuously. Add some cashew nuts and mix.
STEP 4.Pour into a greased plate. Sprad some chopped pistachios and cashew.Allow to cool.cut it in square shape.
