STEP 1.In a deep pan take in 2kg of tapioca and boil in water till halk cooked.
STEP 2.Drain out the water completely.
STEP 3.Now in the same pan cook the half cooked tapioca in fresh water and 1 tsp salt.
STEP 4.Boil the tapioca till it is fully cooked.
STEP 5.Drain out the entire water.
STEP 6.Serve with side dishes.
