  • 1/5 kilogram Tapioca peeled
  • 1/5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.50 No.s Bird eye chilly
  • 1/10 cup Shallots
  • 1/5 teaspoon Coconut oil

Cooking Directions for Kappa

  • STEP 1.In a deep pan take in 2kg of tapioca and boil in water till halk cooked.
  • STEP 2.Drain out the water completely.
  • STEP 3.Now in the same pan cook the half cooked tapioca in fresh water and 1 tsp salt.
  • STEP 4.Boil the tapioca till it is fully cooked.
  • STEP 5.Drain out the entire water.
  • STEP 6.Serve with side dishes.
