Onion poha or kanda poha is a popular snack of Maharashtra but now it is mostly liked by everyone. This is a light breakfast which is easy and quick to prepare. Rice flakes and onion are it's main ingredients.
STEP 1.Put poha in a colander & wash. Keep aside so that the water drain out completely.
STEP 2.Heat oil in wok.
STEP 3.Add peanuts. Stir well on low flame until it crunchy.
STEP 4.Add mustard seeds and curry leaves & let them crackle.
STEP 5.Add onions and capsicum in it and saute for two minutes.
STEP 6.Add tomato and green chilly in it & saute for two minutes.
STEP 7.Add salt and pepper & turmeric powder in it. Stir well.
STEP 8.Now add rice flakes in it. Mix properly.
STEP 9.Add chopped green chilly, corriander leaves & lemon juice in it.
STEP 10.Serve hot.
