Pakodas are deep fried fritters made with gram flour. Kanda bhaji is one of the popular maharashtrian snack which is commonly prepared during rainy season or whenever you want. It goes well with a cup of tea or coffee.
STEP 2.Add coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and gram flour. Mix well.
STEP 3.Sprinkle little water on it. Mix well so that onions coats well with gram flour.
STEP 4.Heat oil in kadai on medium flame.
STEP 5.Take a small portion of the mixture and gently drop Into the oil.
STEP 6.Fry them until they turn golden brown in colour.
STEP 7.Drain out on absorbant paper.
STEP 8.Serve hot.
