Ingredients for Kanda bhaji Recipe

  • 1 g onion ( cut into ring shapes)
  • 1/2 cup Half cup besan
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp catch garam masala
  • 1/2 g reen chilli chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Green garlic chopped
  • 1 g Pinch of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp catch white pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup mustard oil for fry

Directions: Kanda Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a big bowl put rings onion , sprinkle besan on rings add all the ingredients then sprinkle some besan then make ring pillar ( as shown in pictures)
  • STEP 2.Then deep fry the Kanda bhaji till golden brown...
  • STEP 3.Serve hot....
