1/2 cup peeled and dicedkamal kakdi(lotus stem)
1/4 cup Chana dal
1 Pieces onion-chopped in round shape
4 g 8-10-g
1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
1 Pieces Cloves
1 Pieces Bay leaves
1/2 tsp ginger(chopped)
to taste Salt
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tbsp Oil
as required water
Directions: Kamal Kakdi ( Lotus Stem) Ke Kabaab. . Recipe
STEP 1.1-place all ingredients except oil in a pressure cooker and cook the stem for 3-4 whistle. Remove from heat.
STEP 2.2-after releasing the steam open the lid and let it cool down.
STEP 3.3-in a mixer jar grind this cooked mixture and make a smooth paste. Make a round shape kabab from paste.
STEP 4.4-heat oil in a pan and cook the prepared Kebabs until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with onion and green chutney.
