STEP 1.Fist boil milk a pan for 2 min then add paneer stir it the milk and paneer mixes then add nestle Milkmaid which is used to give sweetness and moisture to kalakand now stir the mixture well and chopped dry fruits and ghee make sure to add a pinch salt because a pinch of salt will give sweet their sweetness after the sweet is ready take a box and put ghee in it by which the kalakand do no stick after putting the mixture the contains cover it with a foil paper and wait until it come to room temperature after it cools down put it in fridge for 1 hour and your kalakand is ready to serve
