STEP 1.mix 3 glass of water in one cup of black gram and keep it soaked overnight.
STEP 2.next day draim the water and wash it again. and put in cooker and add to 1tsp salt and one pinch of baking soda and cover it. we will put in on the gas and after one whistle, we will slow down the gas after 10 minutes. you can make chana salad without boiling it it but I have made it by boiling it. will turn off the gas after 10 minutes.
STEP 3.wash onion, tomato, coriander leaves and chilli .chop all these finally.
STEP 4.drain the water from the black gram and shift it into a bowl. we will add the all ingredients one by one and mix well .salt as per taste. kala chana salad is ready.
