STEP 1.Firstly, use a mixer grinder to grind the kaju, Pistachio into a fine Powder.
STEP 2.Chop or grate the Jaggery. Add the chopped Jaggery into a pan. Add water, Cook and dissolves the Jagger on medium flame. Keep stirring until the Jaggery dissolves.
STEP 3.Now,let the Jaggery syrup boil until one stiring consistency is achieved.
STEP 4.Now, lower the flame and add the powdered kaju. Add the kaju in batches while combining the syrup and kaju together. Once combind, do not overcook.
STEP 5.Grease the polythene with pure ghee. Transfer the mixture on a plastic polythene. Place another polythene on top. Use a rolling pin to flatten the mixture.
STEP 6.Sprinkle some powdered pista on top to decorate. Let the kaju katli set for at least half an hour.
