Ingredients for Kaju halwa Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Cashwenuts
  • 0.06 Cup Sugar
  • 0.06 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Tbsp Ghee
  • 0.13 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • A Few Few drops yellow colour

Directions: Kaju Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.First grind cashew nuts. For sugar syrup. Combine water, sugar and elaichi powder.
  • STEP 2.When sugar syrup attains single string consistency at cashew nuts powder.
  • STEP 3.Stir continuously.add yellow colour. Stit continuously to avoid lumps, after few minutes add a little by little ghee while stirring.
  • STEP 4.When the leaves the sides of the pan switch off the stove.

  • STEP 5.Garnish with cashew nuts or tuti futti or any nuts.if you want to serve direct like halva then serve otherwise you also make like peda in butter paper on muffins paper.
