  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan with ghee.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas and add sugar, cardamom powder, and ghee. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add beaten eggs to the banana mixture and mix until well combined.
  • STEP 4.Sift in all-purpose flour and baking powder into the mixture. Mix until the batter is smooth.
  • STEP 5.Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread it evenly.
  • STEP 6.Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • STEP 7.Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
