STEP 1.1. Wash the rice 2- 3 times with plain water. set aside.

STEP 2.2. Add rice to a pot of water, chicken thighs, ginger stripes and salt. skim off the foam. Then cover and simmer for 1 hour. After 1 hours scoop the chicken and rice in a bowl.

STEP 3.3. Add sesame oil, pinch of white pepper and garnish with some chopped green onions.
