Ingredients for Kadhi Recipe

  • 1/2 Tablespoon s Besan
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • A Few Chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Chilli powder
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Kadhi Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, mix curd and besan. Make lumps free paste with a whisk.
  • STEP 2.Then add water and keep whisking to get a smooth running mixture. Keep it to heat on low flame.
  • STEP 3.When it starts getting a boil, add chill and turmeric powder, ginger, curry leaves and keep stirring. Pour tempering as it reaches a boil.
  • STEP 4.Prepare a tempering of ghee, cumin, hing and pour it on the boiling kadhi. Switch off the flame and cover the pan .
  • STEP 5.Add salt at the end, mix well to dissolve it. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot and spicy Kadhi....
