Gujarati masala kadhi simple recipe. The dish is so praised all around India and is always served with rice. The dish is a splendid mixture of curd in gramflour along with lots of spices and tempering.
STEP 1.1. Mix the gram flour, ginger chilli paste into the buttermilk and blend it well.

STEP 2.2. Now put the mixture on the heat and let it cook.

STEP 3.3. Take a pan and add a spoon of ghee, a spoon of fenugreek seeds, dried red chillie whole, cumin seeds and saute for a minute. Add curry leaves and then add this tempering into the boiling kadhi.

STEP 4.4. After 2 boils, add the salt and sugar as per your taste.

STEP 5.5. Mix well and boil again. Kadhi is ready, garnish with coriander leaves
