  • STEP 2.. keep the ldli kadhai on medium
  • STEP 3.heat a few drop oil in each mould
  • STEP 4.. pour spoonful of the better leaving
  • STEP 5.same space over the tap ...
  • STEP 6.allow to cook 2.3 mints on medium
  • STEP 7.check in wooden stick turns them & allow the other side to cook ...
  • STEP 8.cook till it is light gold brown & crispy remove & Cover them with a ldli so that it stays warm serve hot with coconut chutney 👌👌👌
