  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a kadai or deep pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add sliced mushrooms and bell peppers, along with turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • STEP 6.Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  • STEP 7.Add kasuri methi and garam masala, and mix well.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan bread.
