Kachayam is a traditional dish of coimbatore. I wanted to use my 3 mushy ripe bananas. Had no heart to waste them and that’s how i ended up doing this kachayam. Easy, healthy and tasty sweet/snack recipe. Mushy bananas are now reformed into a yummy snack.
