#Snack Kacche kela one of my most favorite veggie, i would like to make every thing by using raw banana, love to make raw banan kofta curry, raw banana dahi vada and most favorite raw banana kebabs, simple yet delicious recipe.

Ingredients for Kacche kele ke Kebabs Recipe

  • 1.75 Pieces Raw banana
  • 1/4 Pieces Boiled potato
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp fine chop onion
  • 1/4 Pieces fine chop green chili
  • 1/4 Pieces fine chop ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp fine chop coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.06 tsp Clove powder
  • 0.06 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp Green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 gram Roasted gram flour
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mango powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tbsp Ghee
  • As Required Oil for shallow frying
  • 1 Pieces Dry dates or chuhara
  • 2.50 Pieces Cashew nuts
  • 1/4 Pieces Ginger
  • 3/4 Pieces Green chili
  • 1/4 As Required Salt

Directions: Kacche Kele Ke Kebabs Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the chuhara for 10 minutes in warm water.
  • STEP 2.Now remove the seeds and fine chop them.
  • STEP 3.Chop the cashew nuts, ginger and green chili.
  • STEP 4.Mix well with salt and keep aside.
  • STEP 5.Kababs Procedure :-
  • STEP 6.Wash and boil the banana for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Grate the potato.
  • STEP 8.Cool completely then peel the skin and grate them.
  • STEP 9.Heat ghee in a pan add cumin as they splutter, saute the ginger and green chili .
  • STEP 10.Now add chopped onion fry until light golden .
  • STEP 11.Add grated banana, salt, red chili powder,  dry mango powder, lemon juice, gram Flour, clove powder, cinnamon powder and green cardamom powder, stir and mix it well.
  • STEP 12.Cook for 5 minutes, switch off the gas.
  • STEP 13.Cool the mixture, mix coriander leaves, divide the mixture into equal portion add a tsp filling in each kebab and cover nicely so that the filling does not come out.
  • STEP 14.Heat a non stick pan and fry them until golden and crisp.
  • STEP 15.Serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.
